are you hearing HIS voice?

During the ‘children circle’ in service today, the pastor was playing the game ‘simon say’ infront of the whole congregation. At the end of the game, he told the children that just like the game, we need to learn to listent o God's voice. I love this analogy. Though it’s a simple game, it speaks clearly and loudly on the principle of hearing God’s voice. Do we know how to hear from God’s voice? Are we searching for hearing from God’s voice? Are we like infants learning to hear from God’s voice? I am learning too...

if you know you got to do, dont do it right

"if you know you got to do, don't do it right" sound weird as most of times, we want to do it right. This was given by my lecturer taught by his lecturer who is the well-known sampling statistician Kish. He actually referring to sampling design. There's flexibility in sampling design bec of different cicrumstance. Principle should be applied but procedure should adapt to cicrumstance and not to be perfect to that extent to 'kill' you. Surely this is true in sampling design. Interesting right...I guess this apply to life too. Dont let perfectionism kill you.
