How to hear from God? - Keep your heart pure
Matt 5:8 - Blessed are the PURE in HEART, for they will SEE GOD.
Prov 4:23 - Above all these, GUARD your HEART, for it is the wellspring of LIFE.

Who can change your heart? Yourself - Nope...
Ezekiel 36:26 - I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

2 reasons for guarding our heart
1) If not, our heart will be hardened. Becoing stubborn, rebellious, insensitive, loss of compassion.
2) only God can change and renew our heart.

How come about heart become harden?
1) we commit sin
2) guilty in wrong sense - lose of self-esteem and always feel defeated
3) our heart is hurt and we guide against and so our heart is closed...
